We just finished writing our praise-filled review of Honda's new Civic Si when we got word that there will be a new Civic Si before the end of the year. For the first time ever, Honda will be offering a sedan version of its sportiest Civic. A Civic Si Sedan Concept was just revealed at the Chicago Auto Show, and we must say that this is the best-looking Civic sedan yet. Well okay... the Civic Hybrid Sport Sedan (from the '05 Tokyo Motor Show) and the Civic Dominator (from the '06 Tokyo Auto Salon) are way more bad-ass. But as far as U.S.-spec Civics are concerned, this Si concept isn't too bad. Besides, unlike the Hybrid Sport or Dominator concepts, the Si Sedan concept will be available at all Honda dealerships and it will look remarkably close to the concept pictured here. The good news about this sedan is that it will keep all of the Si Coupe's excellent features. This means that the 2.0-liter 194-horsepower engine, limited slip differential, slick 6-speed gearbox and everything will come over to the sedan fully intact. Oh yeah, now that the Si is available as a sedan, more than 1 passenger can ride along in comfort.
